Reportage Rwanda unveiled Jasmine Hills, a $20 million residential development in Kacyiru, Kigali, on October 10, 2025. The project will feature 59 modern four-bedroom homes, each with private bathrooms, balconies, a living room, kitchen, and dining area. Three housing designs will be available, including homes with gardens, parking, basements, and exclusive standalone villas. Residents will also enjoy shared facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, children’s playground, and landscaped gardens. Located next to the Rugenge-Rwintare wetland, being rehabilitated into a green recreational area, the development offers a unique natural setting. Prices range from $294,000 to $441,000, with a flexible payment plan and a 10% discount. Completion is expected within 2.5 years, making Jasmine Hills Reportage’s second major investment in Rwanda after Indabyo Heights.
