The Wadi is as considered in its environmental performance as it is in its form. Green terraces cascade down each cluster facade — planted with palms, succulents, and native shrubs — functioning as thermal buffer, private garden, and ecological corridor in equal measure.
The water features are conceived as naturalistic ponds, drawing birds, insects, and aquatic life into a community that was designed as a habitat as much as a home.
